Vision
The Health Care Foundation of the Finger Lakes provides progressive, motivating and enabling services, programming and education to the Upstate New York Health Care Provider Community.

Our Mission
The Health Care Foundation of the Finger Lakes, Inc. will engage in and promote activities designed to advance and improve the quality of care in skilled nursing facilities and related residential care settings in Upstate New York, as well as provide support for organizations with a common objective. The Foundation will undertake research projects and provide opportunities that ensure a well trained work force, all with the goal to provide exceptional care for elderly and disabled populations as well as those needing rehabilitative and memory care.
